Hotel Kinparo

We loved the service we got from here, specially Kazui. She made our stay extra comfortable and with ease. We missed our shuttle transport from the station to the hotel, she arranged for us to be picked up again. She provided us with great communication and was patient with us English speakers and knowing little Japanese. She helped arranged our massages, our private onsen reservation and even checked in on us on our first morning. Hands down she deserves accolades and so much more. The hotel also provides the best view of all which is the Sea of Japan. The sound of the waves and just the overall aesthetic of this hotel is worth going.

The staff especially the front desk man that came running out to help us with the shuttle etc and the manager were exceptional. So helpful and kind.
